About

Ann Beck Pilates provides private Pilates training for injury recovery, athletic performance, fitness and active aging in a peaceful, private setting. A Pilates rehabilitation specialist for the past 16 years, I’ve taught over 17,000 hours of private Pilates sessions. I help clients regain strength, develop their fitness, find pain relief and improve their quality of life. I help athletes and dancers improve performance and prevent injury, and am currently working with 3 time Olympian, Shannon Rowbury, one of America's greatest middle distance runners. The Studio is scheduling in person sessions with extremely limited availability at this time. --Ann Beck
