We love and teach dancing! We welcome children aged six and up. Dance is a cultural phenomenon, an ability to express feelings and thoughts through motion. We draw on the finest traditions of Russian choreography. Our teacher, Ms. Olga Prokoshina, has taught folk dance classes with great success for the last twenty-three years. Ms. Prokoshina is a graduate of the Belarusian State Choreographic Gymnasium-College and performed internationally with the State Academic Dance Ensemble of Belarus. She choreographed the beautiful dances performed at numerous folk festivals in the San Francisco Bay Area.

VRV3 Studios - Pole Dance & Fitness is a dance school at 520 Haight Street in San Francisco, serving Lower Haight with pole dance and aerial classes. Classes include beginner pole fitness, advanced pole technique, aerial silks, and aerial hoop for students building strength, coordination, and confidence through progressive instruction. As a fitness center and aerial sports studio, VRV3 pairs challenging instruction with a community-focused atmosphere for all levels. Established in 2010, in the Western Addition District of San Francisco, California. Primarily serving the inner/outer city youth of San Francisco, our programs enriched and highly favored performing arts competition teams is what we are known for. Ages 3-18yrs old GIRLS & BOYS are welcome to join with intentions of completing their toddler, adolescents, teen and young adults years of building a solid performing arts realm. We are always looking for non-experienced students to apply.
