In addition to personal training, this 5,000 sq. ft. two-story facility offers private and group Pilates classes, prenatal and postnatal private and group exercise classes, special training plans for seniors and private Gyrotonic classes. We invite personal trainers with their clients as well as connect clients with fully credentialed personal trainers, who offer a wide variety of training options for any health and fitness goals.
