My bodywork practice is nestled in the healer space of the old Sacred Heart Monastery near Alamo Square, in the heart of San Francisco. For 20 years, I have woven together therapeutic deep-tissue methods, like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, fascia scraping, and biomechanical understanding, and blend them with a flowing Esalen-inspired oil massage to create a wholly relaxing session.
