Dr. Sara Lewin, MD

Dr. Cathleen N. Cabansag joined San Francisco Gastroenterology in 2011. Dr. Cabansag is Board Certified in Gastroenterology. She graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and subsequently completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Cabansag is able to assist patients in managing and evaluating all aspects of their gastroenterology needs. She has a special interest in women’s health issues including colorectal cancer screening in women.

Dr. Frank J. Farrell has been in clinical gastroenterology practice for nearly two decades. In addition to being Board Certified in Gastroenterology, he is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Dr. Farrell is recognized as a Fellow of the AGA for his commitment to the field of gastroenterology and superior achievement in private practice. Dr. Farrell started in private practice in San Francisco in 1994. He graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. He completed his internship, residency, and chief residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Zion Medical Center in San Francisco.
