Founded by Susie Lunardi, PT, DPT, CSCS, Steady specializes in strength-based rehabilitation and performance care for active adults, athletes, and dancers. Sessions are one-on-one and integrate manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and progressive strength training to address the root cause of pain and support long-term resilience. Care is delivered in-home, at your gym, or at a private gym location in San Francisco three days per week.
