Cultivating the artistic expression of women, people of color, youth, LGBTQIA+, and other underrepresented voices for almost 40 years

The San Francisco Children’s Musical Theater (SFCMT) is dedicated to offering high quality performing arts experiences to local youth ages 5-18 through our three Bay Area locations in San Francisco, San Jose and Morgan Hill. We empower self-esteem, confidence, teamwork, friendship and performing arts training though our colorful youth theater productions, movies and acting workshops that only require one rehearsal per week.

This theater has hosted modern dance performances by local & international artists since the 1970s.
