We bake seven flavors of gluten-free Hawaiian-style butter mochi fresh every morning — including S'more, Ube White Chocolate, Matcha, and Black Sesame — and pair them with Four Barrel specialty coffee, ceremonial Uji matcha, and signature dopo panna lattes.
