As part of an 8,700 square foot public space with floor to ceiling windows, the atrium that houses our littlest coffee bar is awash in natural light. The Privately Owned Public Open Space (“POPOS”) invites the community in and entices you to get a cup of Equator coffee and take a short (or long) break during the work week. On the bar, we have shakeratos, matcha lattes and a rotating selection of single origin espressos. Enjoy sweet and savory pastries, breakfast tacos, and hot quiche. Ca Phe Viet is a Vietnamese coffee experience built around the phin: each cup is prepared individually so the coffee stays strong, aromatic, and true to tradition. Alongside classics like slow-dripped iced coffee with condensed milk, the menu layers in creative creams (salted, coconut, ube, black sesame, egg foam) and coffee jelly, plus single-origin-style pour-overs that nod to regions like Đà Lạt and a lineup of bright, tropical fruit drinks.
