Inside you’ll find a working chocolate factory; take a seat at the bar to watch our chocolate makers sort, roast, refine, temper, and transform cocoa beans into chocolate onsite. Guests can also enjoy a full café serving hot and iced chocolate drinks with homemade marshmallows and whipped cream, coffee drinks, and seasonal pastries we make in our own kitchen. Ample cafe seating is available inside our retail shop of single-origin, two-ingredient chocolate bars and tasting sets, gift boxes in our unique patterned paper, and chocolate candy and confections made in collaboration with local chocolatiers.
