We’re Sonoma County locals, born and raised in Petaluma. Our ice cream is made with organic milk and shaped by the values we grew up with: care, quality, and community.

At Palmetto, we bring together Brazilian açaí tradition and California flair to create a fast, healthy experience built around real nutrition. Our menu features Build-Your-Own Açaí & Superfood Bowls and functional smoothies designed to fuel your day. Our hero ingredient is our pure Brazilian açaí, made with one of the highest concentrations of real açaí in the market. Unlike many blends, ours contains no stabilizers, no gums, and no added sugar, delivering the authentic taste and natural benefits of the Amazon. Everything we serve is crafted to be both delicious and intentionally healthy, focusing on fiber, probiotics, protein, adaptogens, and clean, simple ingredients—so every bowl and smoothie leaves you feeling your best.

Our Fillmore scoop shop is located in Pacific Heights on historic Fillmore Street, surrounded by the neighborhood’s painted Victorian-style homes, jewel-box boutiques, and celebrated restaurants. Pacific Heights has its own microclimate, so when much of the city is hidden in fog, our shop offers perfect ice cream weather! Follow the sun and sample your way through our San Francisco-inspired flavors and take in the panoramic views of the city, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz Island from nearby Lafayette and Alta Plaza Parks.

Gelato (or Italian ice cream) made on premises with local ingredients, such as Double 8 Dairy from Petaluma, organic strawberries from Watsonville. We also offer homemade gelato cakes, bars, cookie sandwiches and a variety of espresso drinks.

Matcha Cafe Maiko serves premium Uji matcha from Kyoto's Harima Garden. Our homemade menu offers a variety of floats, frappes, lattes, parfaits and our award-winning soft serve ice cream served in our freshly made waffle cones. Besides matcha products, we also serve certain items with different flavors such as vanilla, kokuto (brown sugar) and hojicha (roasted green tea).
