About

ABOUT Folsom Street is a 501(c)3 nonprofit arts and culture organization. We center emerging and marginalized artists and create spaces for unique art and performance. We are supported by SFGFTA, MOHCD, OEWD and PATRONS LIKE YOU! OUR MISSION We cultivate a safe, open, and inclusive environment for the kink, leather, and alt-sex communities with equity for BIPOC and LGBTQA2I+ people. We are rooted in the fight against gentrification and displacement here in San Francisco, on unceded Ohlone land, and worldwide. We affirm that sexual liberation and the right to pleasure are a crucial part of the whole liberation movement. Folsom Street is an explicitly anti-racist organization and we are committed to decolonizing our practices.
