Upon discovering that San Francisco had no authentic Sudanese restaurants, they decided to bring the great taste of their homeland to the Bay Area. Their collaboration is a labor of love with Aref re-creating family recipes passed down over generations for the soups, salads, and entrees while Dalia specializes in taste-tempting desserts such as Baklava, Basbosa and her delicious Dalia Rice Pudding.
