Located in the beautiful Presidio of San Francisco National Park, our two health and wellness facilities offer everything you need to get and stay well. We're leaders in youth development, healthy living and social responsibly, and address health disparities through our robust community programs. Facility Hours: Monday - Friday: 5:30am - 9:00pm Weekends: 7:00am - 5:00pm Letterman Pool Hours: Monday - Friday: 5:30am - 8:30pm Weekends: 7:00am – 4:30pm

Synergy Fitness Studio Gym

Synergy Fitness Studio on Sacramento St., is located in the picturesque Presidio Heights, one block up from Laurel Village between Laurel and Locust. In addition to personal training, this 5,000 sq. ft. two-story facility offers private and group Pilates classes, prenatal and postnatal private and group exercise classes, special training plans for seniors and private Gyrotonic classes.
