Neuro Lymphatic Bodywork by Mila Vasilyeva, CMT, MLD-C

About

During fourteen years of doing bodywork, Mila has developed a unique approach to her sessions: using Neuro Muscular Reprogramming and Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques to safely remove the layers of dysfunction starting with the most recent ones and helping to free up the body from its negative, energy-consuming patterns developed over the years or due to physical trauma/car accidents/surgeries/emotional suffering. As a Certified Breathwork Instructor, in her bodywork sessions Mila works with the breathing patterns of her clients to help them regain a better use of their lungs—markers of longevity. A social media wellness influencer, Mila shares the tips and techniques anyone can do at home on her Instagram at breath. for. health.
